At Lulu and Georgia, we want you to love your home, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
